    Ok this is how its done

    1.Go to imageshack.us

    2.Click Browse

    3.Chose the piture you want to upload

    4.Click "host it"

    5    .Take/Copy the Link (Thumbnails for Forums)

    6    .Paste it to your Msg on the forum (topic,reply etc)
